Email Signature Generator
Build an HTML email signature for Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail
About Email Signature Generator
Fills one of four table-based templates (Classic, Stacked, Minimal or Banner) with your name, role, contacts, photo and up to five social links, using only inline styles, and copies the result as rich text or HTML for Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail. The photo must be hosted at an https URL because Gmail strips embedded base64 images. Useful for new hires, team-wide signatures or freelancers, and it runs client-side.

Frequently asked questions
How do I add the signature to Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail?
▾
Click Copy signature, then paste it into the signature editor: in Gmail under Settings > See all settings > Signature, in Outlook on the web or the new Outlook under Settings > Accounts > Signatures, and in Apple Mail under Mail > Settings > Signatures. In Apple Mail, also uncheck Always match my default message font so the styles are kept.
Why do I need an image URL instead of uploading my photo?
▾
Gmail and other clients strip images embedded as base64 data: URIs from signatures, so the image has to live at a public https:// address, such as your website or a CDN. The generator rejects data: and http:// image URLs, applies the width and height you enter and adds alt text for recipients who block images.
Will the signature look the same in every email client?
▾
Close, but not identical. The HTML uses nested tables, inline styles and web-safe fonts, which Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail support, but classic Outlook for Windows ignores border-radius and max-width, so a round photo shows up square there. Send yourself a test email from each client you use.
Is my information stored or sent anywhere?
▾
No. The signature is built in your browser, and the only request the preview makes is for the photo URL you enter. The form is kept in this tab's session storage so a reload doesn't erase it, and it is discarded when you close the tab.
